Lead or Host a Small Group Leading Life Change Life change happens best in small groups. That is why Small Group Leaders at SouthWinds are so important. They help lead life change. Small Group Leaders model an authentic pursuit of Christ by being transformed from the inside out. They encourage their group members to do the same by facilitating small group meetings and by guiding spiritual development. Do you have leadership gifts? Are you willing to open your home to a group of others from the church who are eager to grow? Are you interested in helping others grow into the people God wants them to be? If so, we would like to hear from you. We provide the training and a Small Group Coach to help you succeed.
