Pastor Raymond Shih has a Master of Divinity from Hong Kong Baptist Theological Seminary. He is married to his wife Jana. They have been here more than ten years and have a son, Stephen.

Southwinds Chinese Church is a new ministry of Southwinds Church (Member Church of Southern California Baptist Convention) in order to develop and serve the Chinese community and proclaim the gospel to Chinese in the Tracy area and to help those believers become disciples of Jesus Christ.
