Right before Jesus ascended back to be with God He left his followers with a monumental task.  He told them to go and make disciples at home and to the ends of the world.  We are only here because that group of followers took His instruction to heart.  It would be sad if a church had all kinds of resources, if it was blessed by a large number of people, if it had all kinds of spiritual gifts but never engaged others with the truth of the gospel.  

 

Many people fail to realize that every Christian is a missionary.  You might not have to go across the world but it is our responsibility to tell others about Christ in the places we live and work.  Our last class, Discovery 401, will help you to do just that.  In this class we will equip you to share you faith with others.  While we are all called to share our faith at home God has a special call for some to travel and share.  At various times throughout the year we have chances for you to do just that.  If you are interested in getting involved in this kind of a trip please contact our office and let us know.
