The last part of the involvement process at Southwinds is the step we call serve.  We want all Southwinds members to serve Christ in his church, and serve Christ in his world.  The reality is that while we are not saved by our good works...we are saved to good works.  Additionally the gospel is the most powerful when it is being lived out in the lives of people who have met Jesus.  The New Testament teaches that every believer is given Spiritual Gifts.  Special abilities that the Holy Spirit has given to us to help us serve others.  We want to help you identify those gifts so that you can use them to bless others.  At our discovery 301 class we talk about what this might look like in your life.  We really want to encourage you attend that class and get involved in serving others.
